Exacting quality control practices are in effect at every company facility, at every level.
- During the manufacturing process, we conduct four quality assurance inspections:
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Secondary wiring
- Graphics and finishing
- *Crating
- Accuracy checks are part of every process from order entry and design, through materials
purchasing and production.
- Internal biweekly meetings are held by project management and production staff to ensure
all aspects of the job are being handled accurately and efficiently.
- Every work order is double-checked against a purchase order, to insure proper raw materials
are ordered and to insure proper quantities are built.
- Paint chips are submitted for customer approval.
- ‘First article’ signs are approved by the customer.
- Final quality checks are made before each sign is crated and shipped, or put into
inventory.
* We exercise extreme care in packaging and crating your signs, and consider this an important
final step in the quality control process. We consult regularly with packaging engineers to
keep abreast of the latest packaging technologies.
