Our Project Management Team will coordinate and manage complete sign conversion programs. The team will provide complete project management while maintaining the following successful format:

  1. Personal contact with the customer to learn of their needs, expectations and to aide in maintaining a set budget.
  2. Schedule and manage site surveys, both physical and photographic.
  3. Provide Code Checks.
  4. Make a professional evaluation and recommend a sign program.
  5. Prepare a timetable.
  6. Initiate design concepts and drawings working with the Design Department.
  7. Prepare and propose a sign program from production through installation.
  8. Prepare progress reports.
  9. Finalize billing.
  10. Maintenance.

SITE SURVEYS
Allen Industries has established a time proven and field tested method of accurate site survey planning and implementation. Success has been maintained in designing the mechanics of a professional survey, essential communication methods, and a team approach. Allen Industries will detail and record critical information and compile the data in a regional format or as customer required. A successful Allen Industries' survey will be the foundation of a successful sign program.

Allen Industries, Inc. provides the following:

1. PERMITS

  • Permit research information including current zoning ordinance classifications and requirements for maximum square footage, height, illumination and quantity restrictions for all exterior sign types by location.
  • Additional information on sign setback distances and projection limits, "grandfather" clauses, and the permitting allowances for remodeling or replacement of existing signs.
  • Information for secondary signage and any required permit drawings, permit process timing and any associated permit fee estimates.

2. VARIANCES

  • Identify any signage which does not meet existing code. determine whether a variance was obtained when
    originally installed and whether a variance will be will be required when a future change is made.
  • Fee estimates.

3. CHANGES IN CONDITIONS

  • Verify that the locations for exterior signage are still appropriate based on current conditions.
