physical and photographic.

- Make a professional evaluation and recommend
a sign program.
- Prepare a timetable.
- Initiate design concepts and drawings
working with the Design Department.
- Prepare and propose a sign program from
production through installation.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Finalize billing.
- Maintenance.
SITE
SURVEYS
Allen Industries has established a time
proven and field tested method of accurate
site survey planning and implementation.
Success has been maintained in designing
the mechanics of a professional survey,
essential communication methods, and a team
approach. Allen Industries will detail and
record critical information and compile
the data in a regional format or as customer
required. A successful Allen Industries'
survey will be the foundation of a successful
sign program.

Allen Industries, Inc. provides the following:

PERMITS
- Permit research information including
current zoning ordinance classifications
and requirements for maximum square footage,
height, illumination and quantity restrictions
for all exterior sign types by location.
- Additional information on sign setback
distances and projection limits, "grandfather"
clauses, and the permitting allowances
for remodeling or replacement of existing
signs.
- Information for secondary signage and
any required permit drawings, permit process
timing and any associated permit fee estimates.
2.
VARIANCES
- Identify any signage which does not
meet existing code. determine whether
a variance was obtained when
originally installed and whether a variance
will be will be required when a future
change is made.
- Fee estimates.
3. CHANGES IN CONDITIONS
- Verify that the locations for exterior
signage are still appropriate based on
current conditions.
